Kosmer Property Care was started in 2016 as a small lawn and landscaping business. Since then we have grown into a full service maintenance company serving the Phillips area and surrounding lakes and communities. With the majority of our clients being vacation homes, we strive to give the homeowner peace of mind in knowing that their property is cared for and maintained in a professional manner just as we would with our full time residence.
